Return / Refund Policy

Returns must be stock items in good condition less than 60 days old. Returns must have an assigned returned goods authorization (RGA) number and are subject to a 20 percent restocking charge plus return freight. ESWP Co. reserves the right to reject returned goods if they are not in excellent condition.
 

Shipping / Delivery Policy

All items in stock should be available to ship within 5 working days or less. Rush orders are subject to a 25% expediting fee and are not always available. Next Day Air orders can not be gauranteed unless orders are placed by 11:00 AM EST. Most shipments are sent UPS, and must be prepaid or added to invoice, unless other shipping arrangements have been made in advance.  US Postal Service may be used on some NFPA Books.

Standard shipping for orders under $1000 will be $8.95
Standard shipping for orders over $1000 will be $8.95 plus 2%
For 3 day select shipping will be $25 for under 5 books
For next day air shipping will be $45 for under 5 books

There is an additional $1.00 charge for each additional book over 5 books for both 3 Day Select and Next Day Air shipping.
